O nly if people know what goes on in churches behind closed doors. I came from Jamaica, West Indies, as an ordained pastor, and on coming to these United States, I discovered that the pastors here cannot shepherd a pastor. They scared you might gain the love and trust of the people, and to prevent this they start stoning you, and treat you like a stray dog. Some of them started to say things they do not believe in, hoping you might take them on, and show up yourself, as a mouth of the master. The stupid things they have been saying and doing is a trap, to make certain people confront them, then they say you are confrontational. If the pastor has a problem with other pastors taking membership, the ministry will never have a future as long as he she is the pastor. What about when he or she is sick, who run the church, until they get better?

If The Pastor Has No Pastor In Training He Is Not Growing.

Right down, even from the Old Testament, we saw Elisha and Elijah. We saw Moses, having Joshua and Caleb. In the New Testament we saw Paul having Timothy and Titus. The same thing among the church fathers who succeeded the apostles. A servant of God always looks for somebody to take over from him or herself. The ministry should not be your farm, or your industry, so you have to be on the look out for anybody coming along that can out better you, so you have to make sure you kill them before the people take notice of their gifts. The ministry should not be a restaurant buisness, so you have to try to shut down the other restaurant, that seem to rival you.

If The Pastor Have A Problem With People Wanting to be Pastors The ministry is Dead

If the ministry has no room for upcoming pastors, and zealous people, people wanting to work for God, the local church have no future. This is like a man has twelve female goats, and one ram goat and he castrate the ram goat, so how is the female goats going to get pregnant? The neighborhood drug dealers, get saved in one of our churches in Ct, he gives out every gospel tract in our church, even in the nights he was in the street giving out gospel tracts and talking to people, our pastor did not like him much, he was too zealous, since the pastor does not like him and the people sense it, they try to side with the pastor. I found out that many of our pastors are freemason in disguise, and some are shape shifters, the devil actually pasturing the church.

Num 11:25 And the LORD came down in a cloud, and spake unto him, and took of the spirit that was upon him, and gave it unto the seventy elders: and it came to pass, that, when the spirit rested upon them, they prophesied, and did not cease. Num 11:26 But there remained two of the men in the camp, the name of the one was Eldad, and the name of the other Medad: and the spirit rested upon them; and they were of them that were written, but went not out unto the tabernacle: and they prophesied in the camp. Num 11:27 And there ran a young man, and told Moses, and said, Eldad and Medad do prophesy in the camp. Num 11:28 And Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of Moses, one of his young men, answered and said, My lord Moses, forbid them. Num 11:29 And Moses said unto him, Enviest thou for my sake? would God that all the LORD'S people were prophets, and that the LORD would put his spirit upon them!

3Jn 1:9 I wrote unto the church: but Diotrephes, who loveth to have the preeminence among them, receiveth us not. 3Jn 1:10 Wherefore, if I come, I will remember his deeds which he doeth, prating against us with malicious words: and not content therewith, neither doth he himself receive the brethren, and forbiddeth them that would, and casteth them out of the church.

You Cannot Do The Work Of God Alone:

There was a church in my community, where the pastor, lead the song service, then the pastor preaches the sermon, he does everything. There was nothing for anyone to do but sitting down watching him, he even teaches the Sunday school class. In less than twelve months, the ministry collapsed, and he collapsed.

Exo 18:13 And it came to pass on the morrow, that Moses sat to judge the people: and the people stood by Moses from the morning unto the evening. Exo 18:14 And when Moses' father in law saw all that he did to the people, he said, What is this thing that thou doest to the people? Why sittest thou thyself alone, and all the people stand by thee from morning unto even? Exo 18:15 And Moses said unto his father in law, Because the people come unto me to inquire of God: Exo 18:16 When they have a matter, they come unto me; and I judge between one and another, and I do make them know the statutes of God, and his laws. Exo 18:17 And Moses' father in law said unto him, The thing that thou doest is not good. Exo 18:18 Thou wilt surely wear away, both thou, and this people that is with thee: for this thing is too heavy for thee; thou art not able to perform it thyself alone. Exo 18:19 Hearken now unto my voice, I will give thee counsel, and God shall be with thee: Be thou for the people to God-ward, that thou mayest bring the causes unto God: Exo 18:20 And thou shalt teach them ordinances and laws, and shalt shew them the way wherein they must walk, and the work that they must do. Exo 18:21 Moreover thou shalt provide out of all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness; and place such over them, to be rulers of thousands, and rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens: Exo 18:22 And let them judge the people at all seasons: and it shall be, that every great matter they shall bring unto thee, but every small matter they shall judge: So shall it be easier for thyself, and they shall bear the burden with thee.

Can You Get Help There?

If you cannot get help at the house of God, then where are you going to get it, and what is wrong with wanting help? If you are a member of a church and you are having marital problem, the church supposes to have somebody who is trained to help, you should not need to go to a none believing councilors, who might not even believe in God for counsel. If you join a church community and you are a tradesman, you suppose to be getting a little side work from the people. Depending on what you do, and your level of skills. That is not what you are there for, however, because you are a person you have financial need, physical needs, and spiritual need, the church home supposes to cater for the whole man.

Do They Believing In Education:

If the church body has a problem with educated people, it will never have money. That local church will never have a future.

You can know if a church is going to survive the ages, by the concepts of the people. I visited a church, and as I listen to the leading women of the church, I came to the opinion that they do not like enlighten people, and do not believe in bible school. Educated people are hard to control, and they can see through things. I was visiting a church in New York, some of our young people were getting ready to go off to collages. The pastor did not want this to happen and get up and bring a prophecy that many of our young people are going off to college and God do not want them to go. I could not let him destroys those young people lives so I have to get up and condemn the prophecy. " I got up and say: "Young people go on to college, and come back to help the ministry" God want you to go get your education and profession" His wife was going though, and his children.

Eph 4:11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; Eph 4:12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Eph 4:13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: Eph 4:14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;

2Ti 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

If The Church Is Full Of Ladies:

Whenever, you visited a church and it is loaded down with women, and no men around, something not smelling good, and this is not an accident. In one of our churches we decided to do a research to find out why these women's husbands were not coming to church, so we start contacting the husbands one by one. The complaints that we get from those husbands was ten miles long. Our faithful sisters were the ones keeping their husbands from coming to church.

1Pe 3:1 Likewise, wives, be in subjection to your own husbands, so that if any do not obey the Word, they may also be won without the Word by the conduct of the wives, 1Pe 3:2 having witnessed your chaste behavior in the fear of God. 1Pe 3:3 Of whom let not be the adorning of garments, or outward braiding of hair and wearing of gold, or of putting on clothing, 1Pe 3:4 but let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, the meek and quiet spirit, which is of great price in the sight of God. 1Pe 3:5 For so once indeed the holy women hoping in God adorned themselves, being in subjection to their own husbands; 1Pe 3:6 as Sarah obeyed Abraham, calling him lord; whose children you became, doing good and fearing no terror. 1Pe 3:7 Likewise, husbands, live together according to knowledge, giving honor to the wife as to the weaker vessel, the female, as truly being co-heirs together of the grace of life, not cutting off your prayers.

When Things Is Not Right Come Out From Among Them:

I took a sister to first time home buyers assistant program, she gets a voucher for ten thousand dollars assistant, this could be present to the bank toward her down payment. Her pastor told her that the community that, that voucher applied is drug infested, right now she is living in a rent house. Some people as long as you are among them you bound to get screwed.

2Co_6:17 Therefore come out from among them and be separated, says the Lord, and do not touch the unclean thing. And I will receive you

If The Church Has A Colonial Holy Ghost, It Is Dead:

Years ago in these United States: Whenever a slave master and his slaves went out to hunt hogs, the slaves would get the hog gut, feet, and head, and the slave master known as "Massa" for master. Would get the choice meat of the hog. Down through the four hundred years, of servitude. The slaves become a custom to the pig gut, pig feet, head and ribs; it has become a part of our culture to be eating those things, not knowing that it was given to us an insult.

It is the same thing with the version of Christianity, which we were feet. The first sets of black pastors, were trained to miseducated the rest of the black people, adding insult to injured, we were fed a white picture of Jesus to make us thing that the son of God was white, like the slave masters, and the worst of all, the holy ghost which was fed to us as the Holy Spirit Of God, only make us scream out, run up and down the church, rolling on the floor, but cannot unite us, produce no love or sympathy in us: In addition it only makes us sick. We do not know that what they fed to us as the Holy Ghost is the same Satan spirit; call the spirit of deep sleep. If the church is too caught up in this spirit movement of bailing out and rolling on the floor, it is also on it's way going down to hell. What we saw in the churches today as the Holy Ghost, is not the same one in the book of the Acts of the apostle.

Satan has learned A New Trick since This Verse Was Written:

1Jn 4:1  Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. 1Jn 4:2  Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: 1Jn 4:3  And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. 

Pastors coming out now saying they never believe in the virgin birth, some of them even confess that they never believe in God, yet that was not what they say when they came in to accept the job as pastor.

If you want the truth, you must go back to the Version of Christianity from Ethiopia: The Ethiopian Orthodox. The Gospel; Phillip the evangelist gave to the Ethiopian Eunuch in the book of acts in the desert, which he brought back to Ethiopia and the practice and developed years before the white man develop the white version. The Christianity we have is the slave master version, which was design to make black slaves comfortable in slavery, which teaches him to obey his masters, this cannot help black people.

Do You See Any Unity Of Peace In Churches Today?

Eph 4:3  Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.  Eph 4:4  There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; Eph 4:5  One Lord, one faith, one baptism, 

Because what they have in there saying it is the holy ghost Is Not.

Eph_4:13  Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:
