L et's face the fact: Nobody bates somebody that has no superior quality: You are being bated because other saw superior qualities in you and are afraid, you might dethrone them one day, by taking away what they got, or take what they want to get. It is good to be brave, but sometimes it is better to be wise."Baiting? Is the art of enticement, especially by trickery or strategy. To cause a victim or victims to react to a provocation exactly as intended. ?Baiting? Is a strategy to attack or torment, especially with persistent insults, criticism, and ridicule. To protect yourself against biting, you must be aware of what the enemy wants you to say, and wishes you to do. Do not be a fool and give the enemy what he or she wants. It is like playing a chest game. Every comment and every question coming from and enemy must be considered as baiting. Sometime even praises can be deceitful. It is intended to big you up, to bring you down and to shut you up. Whenever you are in a situation where you think bating is being used against you: have nothing to say, your opinions will never help, anything you say or do will only make the situations worsen

Pro 17:28 Even a fool, when he holdeth his peace, is counted wise: and he that shutteth his lips is esteemed a man of understanding.

Whenever you are dealing with people that are beating you. Nothing you say are do will fix those situations. Bating is designed to bring you down: Why bringing you down? Because the people that are beating you sees you as a threat. They see you as somebody qualified, to take positions that they craved, or somebody which can pull them down, therefore, they planned to get you out, before you take root, and this is why the bating techniques are being used against you. People do not waste time bating a person that has no superior quality! We saw the same thing being done to black men. We have been driven out of certain communities, because other fear we might take the women away from them. When the black solders went to France, they could not get any women, because the white solders told the women that the black solders have tails. Therefore, the black soldiers came up with their own lies, by telling the women, that they are white men, but they were painted black so as to make them fit better in the nights. It is all about the level of fear your opponents have of you.

WHEN THE ENEMY CANNOT FIND A HOLE IN YOUR ARMOR:

1 Samuel 18:14-15 (KJV) And David behaved himself wisely in all his ways; and the Lord was with him. [15] Wherefore when Saul saw that he behaved himself very wisely, he was afraid of him.

When your enemy cannot find a hole in your armor. No weak spot, nothing by which to get you to behave unprofessional, some of them went home and collapse. It is better to make them go home and collapse than go home and rejoice over you.

Cold Shoulder:

Cold-shouldering is designed to make you suck up. You fight this, by keeping your distance, the up posit of what your enemies want. When you suck up to people, you are surrendering your dignity to people with controlling spirit.

Dealing With Put Down:

Put down is designed to make the victims feel inadequate. You fight this by stop requesting their so-call high positions. Keep up with your education, out degree the enemy and try to start up on your own.

negative Comments And Name Calling:

Negative comments and name-calling are used when the enemy is getting desperate. They cannot find a soft spot in your mental Armor. At one time in New York, my next neighbor was making little offensive comments all week. When I failed to reply, the person said to me. ?James it is you I am talking? I reply. ?I know? And keep doing my routine.

The Physical Phase Of Attacks:

Before you get into a physical combat, you must be aware that sometimes the enemy wants you to mess he or she up. Therefore, they can win the sympathy of the supervisors, the manager; the police, the judge; the jury, and the court case. If you are in the medical field like a nurse. Sometime patients who never accomplishes anything in their life and has thrown themselves away. Are very insulted when they see a little black nurse, or Filipinos soar where they failed.

This is insulting, and hurting. You are now in a situation where massive amounts of baiting are going to be used against you. Hold your tongues, exit from the room. Go get a second person to work along with you, as you tend to that patient. Make a written report, and remove yourself from that case. If you get into a verbal battle with the patient, it could be considered a verbal abuse, and you have fallen into the dung that the patient set up for you to step in. In other word, you have fallen into the sucker trap. You should have thought about your many years of study. Your student loan that you have to repay, your family and above all your licenses.

You Cannot Work Well Under Oppression?

Eccles. 7:7 (KJV) Surely oppression maketh a wise man mad;---.

Psalm 125:3 (KJV) For the rod of the wicked shall not rest upon the lot of the righteous; lest the righteous put forth their hands unto iniquity.

No one can do a good job when you have people oppressing you as you work. You bound to make mistakes. This is a form of baiting. This is designed to make you make mistakes as you work. Once you have people on the jobs making little unkind comments, you must go straight to management and put in a complaint. I have one supervisor who comes to scold me each day. They the scolding continues for ten minutes. ?I walk away from her and go straight to management. I said. ?I want this harassment done today, I want the problem to be resolved today? I never had any more problem with that person again. Just be careful, not to have an argument with anyone. When you behave professionally, they became afraid of you, and stay out of your way.

In the final analyst: The moment you stop seeking validation from people, that is the day when they lose all control over you. If you do good they are going to feel threatened, and if you do bat, you fall in the trap. Stop seeking validation from people, this is how people became sold out. You do not need any shoulder to lean on, no boot to kiss, and no ass suck on.

One Baiter Does Not Work Alone:

Anywhere you saw one cockroach, do not think that cockroach is alone, there are hundred and sometimes thousands of them. Anywhere you find one better, he or she is the front person, there are many behind he or she. That is why, that one is so bold, if things get nasty that you have to defend yourself physically, you need to understand that all of them is a part of the problem. You aren't fighting one person. The Side effect Of Bating That Are Good:

One cannot go through life thinking that all is going to be easy: bating is hands on training which teaches one to hold their tongues, and temper their hot tempered, by letting things rolls off them.
