If you have a cookout one time per year and you neighbors call code enforcement that is the sign, you have a birthday party one time per year and somebody calls the police that is the sign. Anytime you saw people coming down upon you for small things, they are waiting for you to cross them, so they can bring about your quick demise.

This is like an iceberg, pay attention to it; it must not be taken lightly. If people say bad things before you not considering your feelings, what do they say behind your backs?

The asps are a deadly snake from the cobras family, whenever it bites a person, the person feel no pain, so they do not know that they been bitten. The symptom is that, the person feel sleepy, and drowsy, soon they fall into a deep sleep and never wake up again. Pay attention to the silent asp, and the balk less dogs, these are people who remain silent, when they should speak up and try to bring peace, these saw everything but says nothing to help the situation.

Pay Attentions To Women On The Job Who Want Attention From Management:
Any time a woman come making certain jokes with you then go off and complains, do not make her give you a second warning. Some of them do not know what sexual harassment means. They do not know what the "Ment" mean. The woman must first draw the line, told you verbally to stop, and if you do it again that mean, it is now a continuous behavior, that is when it becomes an harassment. Once she told you to stop, and you continue. However, the ones that really want you down, will smile with you and make you think she like what you are doing and saying then went off crying to the management office. If you value your job, bring yourself up to code! If you have to scrutinize a woman, do it the way women do it. Women get the men in line of their vision, then they look him over, or they do it with their side way vision.

My version of Christianity is from Ethiopia, not the Christianity of the Americas. Ethiopian Orthodox. The Christianity that Philip the Evangelist brought to the Ethiopian eunuch, and which the eunuch brought back to Ethiopia, and they practice for thousands of years.
