U pon employment, the company gives each workers ninthly days, to know if they are going to keep you are let you go. Within that ninthly days you must also know if this is a place fit to work. One woman says when she is coming from work each day. The stress was so much that her nose started to bleed. “Stress” is a state of extreme difficulty, pressure, strain, mentally, emotionally, disruptive, upsetting condition occurring in response to adverse external influences, and capable of affecting physical health, usually characterized by increased heart rate, a rise in blood pressure, muscular tension, irritability, and depression. The economy of the world is taking a nose dive downward. The job market is drying up, and companies are cutting back. Downsizing is hurting people pocket book. People are very stressful. Swell headed supervisors and managers are making life even more difficult for Christians workers.
Psa 125:3 For the rod of the wicked shall not rest on the lot of the righteous; lest the righteous put forth their hands to iniquity.
“THE WAY TO DEAL WITH STRESSFUL SITUATION”
“Taking the bull by the tail” If the stressful situation is coming on by other workers, you have to confront them. You need to stop the aggressor or aggressors before they start bonding. Write a letter to those above you and explaining the situation and demand it stop. When you tolerate aggression, it multiplies.
Do not make verbally complain. You need to give the other person a chance to contest what you are saying. Verbal complains will always fall on deaf ears, and is nothing more than gossips. At one time I wrote up a co-worker, and even though my complain was in writing, they were still saying what I did not say. When the letter was brought forwards, they were ashamed.
Sometime a job is just not yours. If work relationship is not there, it does not make any sense stay, it is best to move on.
“PRAYED OUT THE TROUBLE MAKERS”
One of my supervisors, fire a girl two O clock in the morning. He walked her out of the building. He said he saw her sleeping. This guy was a real trouble, he was like the almighty God in the company. Christians started to pray, in lest than two weeks he was gone. Learn the trouble makers name, then get a dried piece of stick. Anointed the stick with olive oil, as you pray you call the trouble makers name. And say. I am anointing you not for Good, but I am driving you out of here. "In the name of the Father, In the name of the Son, and in the name of the Holy Spirit” Then throw the stick in the garbage dump. Then watch him or her goes down. However, if you are the perpetrator, it will backfired upon you. The dried stick serve as a point of contact.
Four people banded together and wrote four letters to get me fired. I was suspended for one week with pay, pending investigation. In lest than two months after that, the trouble makers were all fired. You do not have to take crop from people, and you do not need to use hit men.

People will stress you out, and you have to have something to put them down with.
